Quentin D’Souza has pointed to a gem that is targeted at parents but one that every teacher should listen to. Animal School will make you think about how we educate children. And to continue with the theme, here is my all time favorite….
From TeachingHacks comes a link to a short movie called Animal School. What do you make of it? It certainly gives food for thought. It tugs at the heart-strings, sure enough, and the music and pictures are beautiful, and perhaps that’s what makes me a little suspicious

What a beautiful reminder to teachers as well as parents that each child is unique. It has always been my opinion that many children’s talents and gifts are squandered when we demand conformity in our classrooms.
